Wiritanaya, S.H beserta jajaran Intelijen Kejaksaan Tinggi Maluku melalui Zoom Meeting diruangan Asisten Intelijen, pada hari ini Selasa (11\/02\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelompok Diskusi Terarah kali ini dilaksanakan di Hotel Gran Mahakam &#8211; Jakarta, dengan mengusung tema \u201cOptimalisasi Peran Pelayanan Publik Kejaksaan RI Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Publik\u201d, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi Kejaksaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerkembangan teknologi informasi telah menciptakan era baru, di mana transparansi menjadi suatu keharusan. Masyarakat kini semakin kritis dan menginginkan akses cepat terhadap informasi. Oleh karena itu, kita harus mengantisipasi serta mengakomodir kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pelayanan publik,\u201d ujar JAM-Intel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa poin utama yang ditekankan dalam diskusi ini meliputi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Penyajian Informasi Publik yang Transparan dan Akuntabel \u2013 Kejaksaan RI berkomitmen untuk secara rutin dan berkala memberikan informasi yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat guna meningkatkan citra positif institusi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimalisasi Pengelolaan SP4N LAPOR! \u2013 Sistem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional harus lebih responsif terhadap laporan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari upaya reformasi birokrasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pemutakhiran Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik Nasional (SIPPN) \u2013 Seluruh layanan publik Kejaksaan, baik yang berbentuk aplikasi maupun layanan digital, harus selalu diperbarui dan disampaikan kepada masyarakat secara luas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimalkan Sengketa Informasi Publik \u2013 Kejaksaan harus mengantisipasi dan meminimalisir potensi sengketa informasi publik dengan memberikan respons cepat dan transparan terhadap permohonan informasi sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelaksanaan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat \u2013 Evaluasi berkala terhadap layanan publik harus dilakukan guna memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan dimaksud, diikuti oleh Kejaksaan seluruh Indonesia, termasuk Jajaran Kejaksaan Negeri dan Cabang Kejaksaan
